The company was founded in 2010 in Belgrade. Its business is research and development of ultra-high frequency trading electronic systems and VoIP telecommunication systems.

The team in charge of the company consists of people with many decades of experience in finance, development of sophisticated information systems for financial institutions and the development of high-reliability systems for medical research and telecommunications.
